ORDER OF ELECTION
An election is hereby ordered to be held on May 9, 2009 for the purpose of:
Electing Three (3) Aldermen.
Early voting by personal appearance will be conducted each weekday at Shoreacres City Hall, 601 Shoreacres Blvd, Shoreacres, Texas, between the hours of
7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday; and, between the hours
of 7:30 a.m. and 12:00 noon Friday, beginning on April 27, 2009 and ending on May
5, 2009. Early voting by personal appearance will also be conducted
between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, 2009
and Tuesday, May 5, 2009.
Applications for ballot by mail shall be mailed to:
David K. Stall, City of Shoreacres
601 Shoreacres Blvd
Shoreacres, Texas 77571
Applications for ballot by mail must be received no later than the close of business on
May 1, 2009.
